Custom Homes and Rebuilds

Mounte Studio coordinates the project team and planning for custom homes and rebuilds. Architectural and engineering services are provided by appropriately licensed professionals; Mounte DBS provides California construction services under CSLB #1105698.

Additions and ADUs

We assess site and project constraints, coordinate plans and permitting with appropriately licensed professionals, and provide construction services through Mounte DBS once the project is ready to build. Scope, cost, and timing depend on the property and approved plans.

Whole-Home Remodels

Mounte DBS provides construction services for whole-home remodels. Kitchens, bathrooms, and primary suites may be included within a whole-home project; they are not promoted here as standalone services.

Interior Design

We work together with our team of architects and contractors to incorporate all details in areas of interior design, lighting, textures, home decor and product designs to ensure our projects achieve the highest form of creative expression.

Construction services are provided by Moūnte DBS, California General Building Contractor | CSLB #1105698, for custom homes, rebuilds, whole-home remodels, additions, and ADUs.
Moūnte Studio is not a licensed architectural or engineering firm.

Architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering services are provided through independent licensed professionals contracted and managed by Moūnte Studio. Any design documents, renderings, or preliminary drawings produced by Moūnte Studio are intended for conceptual or coordination purposes only and are not to be used for permit submittal or construction unless reviewed and approved by the appropriate licensed professionals.

Moūnte Studio coordinates projects and works with appropriately licensed design and engineering professionals. Moūnte DBS provides construction services under its contractor license.
